Can I Bring Alcoholic Beverages Onboard?

Yes, you can bring alcoholic beverages with you as long as it is storaged in the trunk of the Limousine. However, First Class Bangkok has beverage packages you can select under our services and add to your order or you can send an email with your requests to The purchased beverages bought from First Class Bangkok can be enjoyed at agreed stopping points during the transfer.

Where Do I Meet My Chauffeur?

Our ground airport representative will be waiting for you on the left hand side of where you arrive just before Exit Door 3 of the arrival hall; he/she will be holding a sign with your name on it. Those who choose the Fast Track service will have a representative waiting for them by the arrival gate and he/she will be holding a signboard with your name on it.

How Do I Prove I’m The Client?

After booking our service, we send you a order confirmation email; furthermore, we will send you a ‘Reminder’ email 24 hours before your arrival to make sure all information is correct and to check if there are any changes to your journey. You must print out these emails and give them to our representative and our chauffeur at the limousine pickup point.

What Happens If I’m Late?

Outside of delayed flights, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if passengers are more than 15 minutes late. Please inform us in advance if you believe you will be late to the pickup point. (This excludes pickup at the airports).

Are There Any Extra Charges?

There are no hidden charges as all fares mentioned on the website are inclusive of chauffeur/airport representative services, parking fees, car rental fees, taxes, toll charges, fuel, newspaper (on occasion), cold bottled water, refreshing mint candy and cold towel(s). The price of optional extras such as champagne and roses are clearly outlined and will be added to the final bill before you pay once they have been selected as options. If requested that our admin shall make the booking we will surcharge a 10 % manual booking fee. When a payment transactions is carried out through one of our payment gateway providers, we currently surcharge a 5 % exchange handling fee to cover the 1 : 1 costs we are charged for using this 3rd party payment service.

Am I Allowed To Smoke?

Passengers are NOT allowed to smoke onboard and anyone caught doing so may be required to pay for cleaning the vehicle.

What Areas Of Travel Do You Cover?

As well as offering transport to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Muang Airport, we also have a number of set destinations around Thailand and pickup points for customers who request our hourly services. The destinations vary depending on the vehicle you choose from our fleet.

Do You Have A Minimum Booking Time Requirement For Your Hourly Service?

Yes. All passengers must book for a minimum of 3 hours if they choose our hourly service.

2: Why are we strict with our cancellation policy?

  • – Our detailed planning and the way every service has to be executed correctly and for that we need sufficient preparation time.
  • – We experience from time to time that some agents pay and book very early in the process and then as often as up to 24 hours before the
    service shall be delivered, they try to cancel the booking, where the limousine for weeks has been blocked for our own loyal guests

Booking and Payment

If I choose to pay 50% when is it the rest of payment due?

The remaining part shall be paid in cash of THB, USD, GBP or Euro directly to our driver upon first arrival prior the transfer takes place.

How do I pay?

You can pay on our website when you pay for your vehicle or extra services. Customers can pay via Easy quick pay Credit Card with 2C2P or PayPal. We charge 50% of the total bill on all our services as a minimum deposit or you can choose to pay 100% along with a 5% processing payment handling fee. When a payment trough a secure payment link is being transferred with another currency than THB we will surcharge an additional handling fee of 3 % to cover the payment gateway providers costs. If there is any remaining amount it must be paid to the chauffeur upon arrival following your order confirmation.

Why do I have a different car than the car I originally selected?

If you select a car that is not available for your booking date and time you will be upgraded to the next available car for free, or downgraded to a cheaper car and receive a discounted price. This up- and downgrade system is based on the current experience value of each vehicle in out fleet as well as the official financial selling value. An example: You book our older Mercedes Benz S-Class and its occupied we will instead if available upgrade you for free to a much newer Mercedes Benz E-Class, AMG Sport Styling.

How Can I make a Return Booking or add more bookings?

After you have made your initial reservation and are on the screen you can add additional bookings in by clicking on the Add Additional Transfer Service Booking or Add Additional Hourly Booking buttons.

To make a return booking and save 10% off, applicable bookings will have button shown with the text, Make Return Booking. If this button does not appear, return booking is not applicable to your current booking and you will have to add an additional booking by clicking on one of the two buttons.

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

We ask all customers to provide us with full flight information so our drivers can monitor flights and adjust the time of arrival if possible. If you find out that your flight will be delayed, call or email us as soon as possible so we can change the schedule to suit your needs. Occasionally, last minute changes and unforeseen circumstances such as a delayed flight may result in a lower service level. Our airport ground representatives check flights 24/7 and will inform us of any delays or flights set to arrive early. Please note this is just an extra check for your convenience. You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed.

Why Must I Pay Upfront?

In most cases, upfront payment will be necessary because we work with high quality hotels, VIP Fast Track or airport ground representatives, airlines and travel agencies that require payment before any services are made available.

What Happens If I Need To Make Changes To My Booking?

Please give us at least 24 hours if you need to make changes to your destination, pickup address, luggage amount or number of passengers in your group. We may be unable to accommodate extra passengers or luggage unless the above minimum notice is given and if we are able to carry more passengers there may be an extra service charge.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Booking?

We allow customers to cancel their booking up to 14 days in advance without any extra charge. Cancellations made after that point will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please note; if a customer cancels with less than 48 hour’s notice, no refund will be given.

Airport Services

What Is Offered With Airport Service?

Our driver will wait for you at the designated limousine location at the airport but if you choose our VIP Fast Track service you will skip the immigration queues and be brought to a private check-in counter by a golf cart. Our airport ground representative will help you carry your bags to your vehicle.


How Much Luggage Can I Bring Onboard?

You are permitted to carry pieces of luggage onboard that are specified on our website next to every vehicle. If you have extra luggage such as golf bags or push chairs you must tell us prior to booking our service. If a passenger attempts to carry extra or bigger luggage we may charge an extra fee, refuse, or apply to send your additional/over-sized luggage in a regular taxi to follow our vehicle.

What Kind Of Vehicles Are Available?

First Class Bangkok owns all of its vehicles and we thoroughly clean and maintain them. We offer luxury vehicles from world-class manufacturers including Nissan, Toyota, BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes Benz and more.

How Old Are Your Vehicles?

Our fleet comes in three categories: Brand new cars are less than 1 year old, new cars are less than 3 years old and used cars are 3-6 years old.

Why are there different prices on routes that has the same distance?

As we in Bangkok and other cities around in Thailand has many different costs during a journey – like tollway fee, high-way fee, entry fee or even parking fee – it all depend on what route that is selected.

Terms and Conditions:

  • At First Class Bangkok, we offer our airport transfer and other services through our contractors. In certain cases where it suits their schedule, we may provide a free upgrade or a higher vehicle specification. In order to ensure that you receive the right specifications, please tell us in advance about any changes to luggage and passenger numbers.
  • We try our best to provide services that meet the standard we and our customers set. However, certain last-minute and unforeseen circumstances may result in a lower service level, like when a customer’s flight is delayed. In this case, the price we charge will be related to the appropriate service level.
  • We usually work with travel agencies, hotels, and airline and helicopter charter services that require pre-booking. Their operation and licensing prevents them from taking immediate payments so please pay when requested to do so.

Cultural differences:

Please aware that their might be many kind of opinions how to address other people. In Thailand it will often be perceived as an insult if been talked bad to or raising the voice or even point with your finger. This goes for ground staff members in the Airports as well as our chauffeurs. In case of any immediately situation is occurring, please call our back office straight away – and we will clear any misunderstandings or any other inconsistencies. As our guests has booked with First Class Bangkok – it`s natural to behave in a First Class manner with respect for Thai people in general. We will at all time assist and help our guests the best way possible. However, if our fair and very geniurne orders of conducts are not followed –  in case of a dispute we will be in our right to eliminate the booking without any kind of refund. NOTE: First Class Bangkok – haven`t yet executed this kind of extraordinary “service”.


  • When a client makes a booking by email, telephone, or fax with us, the client is assumed to accept the terms and conditions stated herein and by our contractors. In case the booking is for two or more people, the person making the booking acts as the agent for the rest of the party and his/her acceptance is considered to be the acceptance of other members of the party.
  • In case your hotel or travel agent books services on your behalf with us, we provide our service as commission agents and the conditions of the operator will apply. Our liability will be confined to our commission only.
  • Please note that the booking confirmation email you receive from us is to be considered a booking reservation and travel voucher. You are requested to print it out or take a photo of ot with your mobile device and provide it to our chauffeur or representative who meets you at the airport.
  • The destination, passenger number, pickup addresses, and luggage amount you specify will be considered the final list for us. Should you wish to change some of these details, please inform us at least 24 hours before the date of travel. Any changes made to an on-going booking in 48 hours or less of the schedule pickup time are subject to a 500 THB charge and availability.
  • At the same time, when a booking has been created by our guest, the information provided herein is under the guest responsibility.

Additional passengers:

We cannot always accommodate additional passengers unless we know about them in advance. Later booking modifications may not be possible and if possible, they may be subject to extra costs and you will be notified of them.


You may carry up to two luggage items. Any additional luggage such as golf bags or push chairs has to be declared when booking. In case a customer does carry excess luggage, we may charge an additional fee or refuse to transport the items.

Child safety seats:

We provide an appropriate child safety seat if the correct age and number of children are declared beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse the transporting of children if the seats were not reserved in advance. All children have to be allocated a seat irrespective of their age; we do not allow children to be carried on the lap nor do we allow the sharing of seats.

Drugs and alcohol:

We reserve the right to refuse to carry a person we believe is under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and/or whose behavior is considered a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other guests. This right is delegated to our chauffeurs and representatives and their decision made in such cases is final with no refund given.

Under Thailand Law we are not allowed to carry any drugs onto our vehicles for their consumption either within or outside the vehicle.

All the fares mentioned here are inclusive of the chauffeur and/or airport representative services, limousine/car rental, parking fees, government taxes, expressway toll charges, and fuel, drinking water, towel, mint candy, and in some cases newspaper/magazine. There are no hidden charges or expenses.

Waiting Time:

For all reservations excluding reservations where the pickup location is the airport, if the client is not ready for pickup by the pickup-time stated within their reservation, an additional charge of 300 THB per 15 minutes will apply..


If there is any outstanding moneywise, the normal procedure is to clear the whole incomplete payment  in THB cash directly to our chauffeur when entering the limousine at the first trip.  This payment of cash THB money can only happen at this stage when the amount does not exceed 25,000 THB. If more than 25,000 THB is to be paid as an outstanding, we shall then receive the last installment into our account at least 48 hours before  the agreed services shall be executed.

Car status:

We follow the criteria given below to categorize our cars: Brand New cars are a maximum of 6 months old, New cars are maximum of 3 years old and Used cars are between 3 years to 6 years old.


After you fill out the form you will have two options to make a secure online payment for the deposit or full payment. The service is booked based on the assumption that we have a car available for your transfer. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and give the customer a refund at any time, although this may happen within the first 24 hours after making the reservation. The refund will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. The reason for cancellation could be due to: Late booking (less than 18 hours before arrival), destination not covered by our fleet, hotel is outside Bangkok, or too many people for the booked vehicle


We charge 50% of the total bill on all our services. We also charge 5% of the total bill for credit card processing through PayPal & credit card payments. In order to book long-term service or corporate service, the payment will be invoiced and wired within seven working days after the job is complete. Once the deposit is paid, the remaining amount is to be paid directly to the chauffeur on arrival. Please keep your booking confirmation ready for verification. We will hold the deposit for round trip bookings so that you do not need to pay online once again. You can then pay the rest of the one-way fare after reaching your destination and the balance amount on returning to your airport/other destination.


If you have booked our service, you may cancel it up to 14 days before your arrival or departure except a handling fee of 5 % is non-refundable as well as if the refund procedure from the payment gateway provider says no to refund their charged commission. Any agreed refund will always be refunded the same way as it has been paid due to the Thai law, regarding money laundry. As every booking confirmation has been made in writing a cancellation request can only be delivered in writing by sending an e-mail request to us at and ask for a cancellation of your booking. If you cancel your booking between 14 to 2 days before the service shall be executed, a cancellation fee at 75 % will be charged. If you cancel the booking less than 48 hours before your arrival/departure, no refund will be provided.


We will also add swift wire transfer charges and other additional processing charges if payments are made to an overseas bank account. When a payment trough a secure payment link is being transferred with another currency than THB we will surcharge an additional handling fee of 3 % to cover the providers costs.

VIP Fast Track Services:

With this service, we arrange a special immigration counter for you. This immigration counter can at seldom times be occupied with minor queues. What it means, there is often no need to wait and complete your formalities. Travelling through the large Suvarnabhumi Airport can be tiring and time consuming itself, which is why we offer a Golf Cart as a complementary service, for the gates that is further than 100 metres to the immigration. Our First Class VIP Fast Track Service is not only just for your arrivals but also for departures.

At Suvarnabhumi international airport, a complimentary Golf Cart will transport you with our assistant directly to the VIP immigration (except when either Royals, Government Officials or influential people arrives in Airport at the same time as your flight. Hence, we will not be able to provide a complimentary Golf Cart during that time. This exception also at times applies when Suvarnabhumi Airport is under renovation.

Please accept, that due to the rules and regulations in Suvarnabhumi Airport, usage of the Golf Cart is not allowed on departure, but a ground staff member will assist the customer personally all the way through the Airport to end up either at the duty free area or a VIP Lounge or the departure gate, all after the customer`s choice.

Gate To Gate Service (without connecting flights and need for claim luggage):

With this service, we arrange a special immigration counter for you. This immigration counter can at seldom times be occupied with minor queues. What it means, there is often no need to wait and complete your formalities. Travelling through the large Suvarnabhumi Airport can be tiring and time consuming itself, which is why we offer a Golf Cart as a complementary service, for the gates that is further than 100 metres to the immigration. Our First Class VIP Fast Track Service is not only just for your arrivals but also for departures.

At peak times, when there are extremely many passenger in the Airport, there can at times be a minor queue at the Premium Lane, at the immigration counter – especially outside of the immigration counter and minor queues can occur at the inside of the immigration counter. After the passport control you will then claim your luggages and will then be escorted toward to check in again – to be escorted to your departure gate or the duty free shopping area or perhaps a VIP lounge if ordered ahead.

Meeting point:

If you have chosen the package, our representative will be waiting for you in the area opposite Door 3 of the arrival hall with a sign that has your name on it. For airport pickups, our chauffeur will be waiting at the airport lobby with the sign. If you chose the Fast Track service, our representative will be waiting for you by the arrival gate (Please note that a Golf cart transporting you with our assistant directly to the VIP immigration for gates 100 m or further) Call us or start Live Chat with our customer care agent to know more. At First Class Bangkok, we use all reasonable means to ensure that our vehicles and services are delivered on time and our customers reach their destinations on time. However, we may be unable to meet you at the scheduled time due to unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances. Therefore, we recommend our customers maintain a 15-minute window for our services and attempt to make alternative arrangements in case our services do not reach you on time. We request our customer to treat our representatives, including our chauffeurs, with respect. All vehicles we provide are lockable from the driver’s seat, and unruly behavior, refusal to pay, and threats against our representatives are not tolerated. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer(s) will be paid for by the offending party in full immediately.

Disturbing the chauffeur:

Any attempt of adjusting any preset settings inside the limousine, like A/C, radio, mirrors, blue-tooth or any other settings at the dash board is prohibited. The same goes for any kind of interference according to the route the chauffeur might choose. This alternative route can have various reasons, like traffic jam ahead, accidents, renovation of the road or similar 3th part influences and from that point will make the trip a bit longer in distance but shorter in time. The chauffeur will if any emergency or other things of the extra ordinary be in direct contact with the administration.

It all comes from the time of the first contact between our guest and our chauffeur and until the guest have been delivered to the agreed location. During the transfer our chauffeurs are able to communicate in English – and will only engage talking with the guest, on the guest request.
