If booked, our VIP Porter Service luggage carrier will help collecting the luggage and carry them on an airport trolley any and from this point escorted toward the exit to the customs and right behind this point you will enter the arrival hall.

Guests that have booked a vehicle with us First Class Bangkok:
The guest will be escorted out to waiting car outside the airport. Here our chauffeur will meet and greet the guest and ensure to take the guest in First Class style to the agreed destination.

Guests that have booked a hotel vehicle:
The guest will be escorted to the hotel booth inside the arrival hall where the hotel representative in the airport will take over.

*: If your flight lands more than 100 m. away from where the Golf Cart Service ends, we will provide the guest with the Golf Cart.

*: All depend on how many passengers there will be in the airport at the same time and date, and if the booking has been created within 48 hours, the availability of the Golf Cart – and at a very few occasions, like 1 out of 25 times, – will be on standby. Our service is from A to Z where you need to reclaim your luggage at the luggage belt. If booked with VIP Porter Service luggage carrier, your luggage will be collected and carefully placed on an airport trolley. From this point you will be escorted to the airline departure check-in counter where the VIP Porter Service luggage carrier will load your luggage at the belt at the airline check-in counter.

After completion at the departure check-in counter, you will be escorted out to either a VIP Lounge at the departure gate area or the flight departure gate area, depending on your preference as specified in your booking.
